Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Colombia)
LaMuRaY ships throughout the Colombian territory via partner carriers.
All domestic shipments are free of charge. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days in major cities and up to 12 business days in special zones.

International Shipping
LaMuRaY offers international shipping through logistics operators such as DHL and FedEx.
International shipping is free for purchases over $160 USD. For purchases below this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
All international shipments are made under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) modality, which means that the prices shown at checkout include taxes, duties, and import costs. The estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days.

Delivery Risks and Customer Responsibility
To ensure successful delivery, the customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

- Incorrect Address: If the order cannot be delivered due to errors or omissions in the address provided by the customer, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Delivery Attempts and Absent Customer: Carriers will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If the customer is not at the address to receive the package, it will be returned to our facilities. The cost of the new shipment must be covered by the customer.
- Order Rejection: If the customer rejects the delivery of the order without having initiated a formal right of withdrawal process, the logistical costs of shipping and return will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
