Data Processing Policy

LaMuRaY complies with Law 1581 of 2012 (Personal Data Protection Law). The personal data provided by customers will be used exclusively to process orders, manage shipments, billing, and send relevant commercial communication.

The customer authorizes the processing of their data at the time of purchase. As the data owner, the customer has the right to know, update, rectify, and delete their personal information from our databases at any time. To exercise these rights, the customer must send a formal request to the email lamuray.co@gmail.com.

Clarification on Fraud and Digital Security: LaMuRaY uses secure and certified payment gateways. However, LaMuRaY has no control over external events related to the user’s digital security, such as the compromise of their personal devices, theft of physical cards, identity theft, or loss of passwords in environments outside our platform. In the case of unrecognized transactions for these reasons, the customer must manage the claim directly with their issuing bank. LaMuRaY will actively collaborate by providing the transaction information required by the authorities or the bank.
